Andrew Ho was hired as the City of La Habra’s Director of Community & Economic Development in March 2015. Previously Andrew worked in the communities of Bellflower, Malibu and Sierra Madre. He has an undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Cal Poly Pomona and a graduate degree from Long Beach State. Andrew has experience in City Planning, Code Enforcement and Economic Development. Andrew also has focused experience in downtown revitalization, business attraction and retention and building relationships. Andrew's professional affiliations include the American Planning Association, the International Conference of Shopping Centers, California Association for Local Economic Development, and the Municipal Management Association of Southern California. Andrew is married with two kids and enjoys drinking Cherry Cokes and snacking on sour patch kids. In his spare time Andrew listens to music, plays video games, and reads comic books.
