Cynthia Bastreri was hired by the City of La Habra in March 2009 as a Code Enforcement Inspector. Cynthia handles both residential and commercial cases. Cynthia was on the Code Enforcement team that was awarded the 2012 Innovative Team Award and has over 20 years of customer service experience. Cynthia has also assisted with the regulation of massage parlors in the City of La Habra. Cynthia likes to communicate with and educate the residents and business owners of La Habra to help them better understand the Municipal Code.
