When the holiday falls on a weekday, collection will be delayed one day for the remainder of the week.  If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, there will be NO delays.

EXAMPLE:   If Wednesday's collection day falls on a holiday, then the remainder of the week will be collected on the day after the usual collection day (Wednesday will be collected on Thursday; Thursday will be collected on Friday; and Friday will be collected on Saturday).  In this example, Monday and Tuesday before the holiday would be on the normal collection schedule.
